Coast Equity Partners was founded by Tom and Shawn Hoban.   "Starting out with a plunger and a pick up truck", as co-founder Tom Hoban puts it, Coast has grown its property management company steadily to become a 400+ employee, multi-specialty, award-winning property management firm.
