Coast Equity Partners’ (CEP) objective is to evaluate, recommend and acquire real estate investments to achieve favorable financial returns on behalf of its investor clients and the company principals. CEP consistently measures the investments returns against the investor acceptable level of risk.
Our Vision
Coast Equity Partners will own and operate a portfolio of stable sustaining investments that exceeds $500M in total asset value. We invite a select number of high net worth individuals, trusts and small institutions to partner with us. We expect to serve between 250 to 400 capital partners. We will become an industry leader in the Pacific Northwest by capturing significant market share, having access to a rich flow of investment opportunities and maintaining a strong identity in the marketplace. We will consistently maintain multiple exit strategies on each and all investments that allows for maximum flexibility, liquidity and value. We will be active in our communities through charitable causes focused on youth and education.
